binary triggers. think they'll get banned? If they do what do you think a pre-ban trigger will be worth? I have a Franklin Armory BFSIII in Idaho and staying there because not legal here.

They might get banned as in made illegal. Has that ever happened? I know my old man had a few pre-ban assault weapons but they didnt become illegal, they just didnt allow imports or manufacture.

I am getting some maxxis bighorn tires... Just deciding on where. I can order online, get the discount tire lifetime balancing, all for 204 a tire. Les schwab can do 234 per tire (lifetime balancing and hazard protection). I have never purchased from les schwab before, is the 30 more per tire worth it for the hazard protection? Do they even do a reasonable job honoring it?

Why those tires specifically? For the money, there are better tires out there. How do you intend to use these tires, mall crawling, mudding, forest service roads, snow runs?

255 85 r16 is the main factor, I currently have km2s which have been good, but I want to try something else. Other options are cooper st maxx, which are very tempting, but I worry about them in deep snow. Mastercraft cxts are also an option but super hard to find. I dont like the toyo Mt's, and they are pretty heavy.

So that leaves the bighorns, grippy rubber, load range D (since E's ride a little rough and are a little overkill for our trucks). So it came down to the maxxis, because they are D, 255 85s, and cheaper than other pizza cutters.

I mall crawl with the best :), drive on forrest roads, "most difficult" rated jeep trails, as deep of trail snow as I can get myself into, etc.
