That would be cool. I gave mine away shortly after we did the BP51 install. After this weekend of driving hiway 2 with 400+ pounds of dogs and gear and a Thule box on the roof packed full, I gave come to the conclusion I need one back on. I cranked up the compression and it handled better in the corners but I lost my pillow soft ride.

 

I would be obliged.

 

It's too bad no one has ever come up with a decent quick release system for our sway bars.

 

Whelp. Today was more or less supposed to be the start of my month long vacation/trip through Baja and CA when someone blew through a stop sign in Vegas and I smashed into them.

Dogs fine, I’m fine, truck drives. Now to figure out what to do now as I’m somewhat stranded and I HATE Vegas.

Damn man that sucks! Id be talking to your insurance to get the truck and you home ASAP. Doesnt really look drivable even if the drive train is ok.

 

Turn signal doesn't work so at a minimum it's not legal.

 

That's what hand signals are for.

 

There have been a few folks that have bought weld on sliders and welded them to my frame plates for a bolt-on solution. Knowing where the legs are located along the length of the slider will let you compare to the slider plates to make sure they will match up.

Yeah, I got a set of sliders from CBI on sale but they're the older drill a hole to mount style. I'm going to have to do a little bit of work to get them to fit the plates, but it may turn out to be easier for me to sell the bolt on and go with the XO kit. Wish I'd seen that earlier. Oh well.

Damn you! Decided on the OVtuner instead of trying to make the pieced together ucon work.

Hopefully I will see more than 12mpg on a good tune for all my bolt ons and no blower.

 

What is the front grip mount called?

The tiny one from BCM isn't so great...

 

Any decent car audio people on here? I've got a little project in mind, but don't know whats the good brands and good prices.
