    There has been a shit ton of debates on this in the 3rd gen section. Some saying that a reman is actually QC'd much more closely by humans. Not my opinion. Just glad I'm not dealing with a tranny situation.

    I actually didnt know there was an issue with the third gens lol. i was just speaking about remans in general.

    Actually just watched one of my youtube channels and the guy was replacing a reman 4L60 transmission. Original died so went with a reman...made it 30 miles before it broke. Got a second reman and the transmission lines wouldnt thread in and needed an adapter. What sucks is those companies will cover book time for the job, but not the transmission fluid, consumables, the adapters he had to buy, ect.
