NW WA Meet / BS Thread

I was going to go to Portland Friday to pick up a Cargo Glide.

Got any ideas of good spots to go? I'll talk to my friend Bradley who knows a lot of good places. Check out his IG he takes some really great pictures.

That's a good idea, but no snow.

 

Theres no snow anywhere... I was supposed to go to Bend this weekend to snow wheel with some dudes down there but we are putting it off. Its raining there this weekend last I heard

 

If anyone's traveling this holiday, don't valet park at park-n-jet (specifically lot 2). I was pulling in and saw the valet driver rear end another car cause he didn't bother to defrost the window, then laugh about it with a co-worker. I've got it on my dash cam, just need to find out how to get in touch with the vehicle owners..

I'm sure noone here valets their truck so

 

Speak for yourself. There is this much snow.

 

I use Uber to get to the airport so my truck can stay in the garage at home. The preferred lot for work is one of the valet lots, that's a whole lot of nope.

 

We just used Park-n-jet over thanksgiving...lot 1 I think though. Definitely not the most inspiring people (but where are there at these lots). Thankfully we didn't have any issues, we do take the commuter car though just in case. Usually we do the Wally Park self-park though. Either the garage or the outdoor lot

 

Oh there’s snow just gotta drive to 12k feet. Freezing temp is back down but I did hear it was suppose to be 12k feet last weekend. Should get some precip later this week.

headed up to puyallup from PDX Saturday. kinda jammed for the day but if someone needs a tw express and can meet up LMK

 

Yeah I went to HS with him. Really good dude! Hopefully we can all go out camping together soon.

That would be huuuge! Saving a trip to Portland and back. I'll PM the seller, see if it works for him.

 

TSF doesn't need snow for you to have a good time. Usually the snow makes it too slick for safety, anyway.

 

Oh yeah for sure, I do need to check out TSF, never been there.

We were looking for somewhere to go this weekend up in the mtns, do some snow wheeling/camping.

 

I always just park in the overheight lot at the airport. The price breaks at the private lots are never enough to entice me to wake up earlier and get home later.
