Those stickers are the bees knees! I don't know why, but I collect the shit out of stickers, and rarely put them on anything. Sticker hoarder ftw:p

Should be a good trip, I want to get a plan asap so we can nail down a date.

You go in July when I have a week vacation already approved - and go on a trailer friendly route (not too much craziness) I would be honored to accompany -- but it is a long time away -- and I would kill my mother on her birthday for a Smokey THE Bear sticker!!!!!!!!

    :)

Benson - me too!! I seem to slather them on anything -- just got a box for the back of the truck I slapped some on!!! LOVE ME SOME STICKERS -- the more about trucks/expeditions the better.......

So - the Safeway @ 1000 hrs??????????????? (or 0930 - that way we can blast by 1000??? after bullshit & coffee....)

I was thinking maybe May or July. You are definitely welcome to join, it will be a lot of exploring, hiking, camping, photos, etc. I might try to find some good 4x4 trails, but you could always ride along and take pics if it get too hairy ;)

We'll stop by the Forest HQ to thank Nancy, and maybe sweet talk her out of some more stickers for everyone. :D

I'm not sure of elevation, but late months might be better to ensure there's access. Naches was snowed out on some of the trails the first time I went, and that was July.
I'd suggest September, but that's when I have family vacation, and I'm totally doing this, so don't make these overlap!

Netdep - I likes me some trails with a little bit of ugly in them - I bought the buttons for a reason, gotta use em! However, damage is not something I want in my vocabulary. I'd want the trip to include a good mix of adventure, technical trails, and even some chances to stretch the legs.
I might be able to get the wood redone on my dad's work trailer, and if so, I'll bring that for gear and a place to sleep. It's just 4 walls, a wood floor, and maybe a roof. I'll be the trailer park to your Shangri-La!
So yeah, park the equipment at base camp - explore the trails with the truck - hop in with a buddy for the crazy times - and grab a hiking stick! If I know Ben, with this trip, it's all good!

Put em on your vehicle maintenance binder if ya have one :notsure: that's what I do. It's always neat to go back and look at the vendors stickers and go "oh yeah, that was fun install....."

You guys feel free to change this info as you feel fit. I just thought if new people stumbled across this and wanted to show up, it'd be nice to have the days info right there. I hope to see some of you guys up there, maybe!

If someone wants to exchange phone numbers via PM, that'd be great. I can give ya a call after my Marine stuff is done to see what the plan is from there on out-- maybe jet out to link up with y'all

I'm taking it day by day. I was out of work sick Thursday and looks like I'm calling in sick today. I've been chomping at the bit watching the weather report so I'm still 'on' for now...

Maybe a few of us can make a trip out toward Mt Pilchuck one of these days. That is going east from Granite Falls, which isn't quite so far off from Everett.

There is also Walker up in Mount Vernon area that we could hit.

I'd absolutely be down for that. Mt Pilchuck is an awesome area. I've done a few hikes out there.

Don't worry Mike, you are definitely going on this trip. We'll make it work for (hopefully) everyone's schedule who wants to go. We're on the same page about the expectations for this trip. Good call about the timing too, as Spring approaches I will check-in with Nancy to get a report on road conditions/access and go from there. We should meet soon, maybe next week (?) to get a tentative plan mapped out.

    I'm excited already :)

 Hi Moe! How the hell are you , man?

Are you SAS'ing your Taco or someone else's rig?
