Depends what you want to do. If you want some wheeling trails or overlandy trails there are tons of the east side. Or if you want to hit some parks for some wheeling there are a few to choose from on the west side

Depending on the time frame we would like to do it all! But yea I mean traveling with 2 dogs and a 3 year old we would like to keep the commute to 4 hours max per day to set up camp do some hiking etc. I guess if that’s the case I’m kinda flying wide open?

Looks like I’ll have to figure out “the places”. This is very reminiscent of the times we’d takensurf trips and only have a rough idea of the spots we would want to check. Shit even surfing at home as a youngster and it knowing where to go etc. good times!

Good resource, getting a little outdated on a few trails, but lots of good info. Lists the parks, and a lot of good trails.

Tomorrow is the Griot's off road truck show from 10-2 and there will be a lot of vendors there. In the email list there's about 30 so should be a pretty full event! I know Mule and Adventure Ready will be there.

Please guys, for the sake of doing it right dont do this. I am sharing knowledge not bashing anyone.

The problem if you dont know is, the pin of the shackle should be in the eye of the rope, or choker/ strap. The problem with this picture is the shackle will slide on the rope with tension. This causes the pin to roll out or seize up tight.

Yep. Tomorrow night is my last one. Then a week off. Running up to Issaquah on Wednesday for the shock replacement.
I seem to miss a lot of the good stuff! Lol

Finally got my rear sorted. Any thoughts on plate relocation? I have some doodad to go in the middle of the spare to hold lights and TREDS so it would need to be somewhere else.

Zip tie it to the ladder base.

Also I drove around with an obscured license plate for several months and never had an issue. Even got pulled over once (for something unrelated) and the cop never commented on it.

I'm thinking a swing to the side bracket on the first rung.
