    Not much, yet.
I just flashed the 91 tune and it made a pretty big difference on the low end. I may PM in a few months before I pull the trigger on a regear to see how it works with the OVtune.

My MPG went up about 1.5-2 after flashing to the 91 tune. Of course I'm paying more for gas but I heard the 87 tune does something similar.

Dyno shop would need the software suite to even gain access to the Toyota/lexus ECU. OVT sells his self tuning software with a master license to Dyno shops so they can tune Toyotas/lexi on the dyno. It's $1600 for the software sutie and master license. My tune and handheld was $500.

Afaik he's the only one who has cracked the most recent Toyota/Lexus ecus.

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Not sure if it's what your looking for, but Blue Ridge Overland has something like that (I think). Their stuff is a little on the expensive side, but not bad and is good quality.

I'm looking to order some stuff from them too. I've heard good things and the owner is a pretty nice guy. Let me know if you come across any sales/codes and I'll do likewise

Email them and ask what is in the bargain/seconds bin.

I got that headrest IFAK for like 50% off.

Their tool bag is really nice BTW - fits a ton of tools fits perfectly behind the seats in a DC.

I have taken lots of advanced first aid and safety training over the years and there are 2 main components to myfirst aid kit.
    https://www.narescue.com/combat-application-tourniquet-c-a-t

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00UAULWR0/ref=mp_s_a_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1530817654&sr=8-3&keywords=kerlix+bandage+roll+4-1%2F2+x+4-1%2F8+yd&dpPl=1&dpID=41xubgjVYBL&ref=plSrch
I have basics like bandaids and shit but not much else. The two products linked are the most effective when it comes to life threatening bleeding. Period.

I've been thinking about taking a class. Been buying some stuff that was recommended by other people. I have some of the Israeli Bandage Battle Dressings, Celox blood clots, Hyfin Vent Chest Seals. Then a couple of the Trauma Packs from Adventure Medical Kits, then an ankle kit that came with own stuff and I added a couple things.

I'll read up on the links you posted.

From someone who has actually used a tourniquet in the field. Tourniquets sacrifice limbs to save lives. Not to be taken lightly, especially if you know the pressure points to slow arterial bleeding. Most als rigs don't even carry them anymore.

Same thing with fall protection. It's shit. 10 minutes hanging unconscious gives you a 75% chance of losing both legs.

That’s actually not true. Hundreds of thousands of tourniquets have been applied throughout the GWOT saving lots of lives without sacrificing limbs - in fact it’s typically the first thing applied to any hemorrhaging extremity injury.

IIRC the 5 hour mark is when you should start becoming concerned about permanent injury as a result of the tourniquet - but there’s lots of well documented cases of them being on for over 8 hours with no permanent issues.
