I cant keep my mouth shut here. I respect the want to keep this freedom as free as possible, but the number of compete fuckwits with guns is the problem. People with no training, no common sense and no fucking brains are walking around open carrying guns in public, carrying in bars, brandishing in arguments, storing them in their closets. Having a complete lack of respect for safety, respect or good sense is a bad look for someone in posession of a weapon.
Should people be able to purchase guns? Hell yes. Any gun they want. Full auto, SBR, suppressed. You name it. Should they have to prove the barest sense of knowledge, responsibility and mental capacity to do so?

    Absofuckinglutely.

I would be very willing to discuss this with you in DM, and I'm not shitting on your opinion. It just seems monstrously irresponsible for us as a society to not put the barest of rules on a tool that is so easily misused.

Yep, been shopping there for years. Still not a member. Not quite cabellas, but they've got just about everything a guy would need without the bloated extras cabellas or BPS has.

I wonder who they'll decide is competent enough to train us? Can't be the police, even they shoot them selves on occasion and lose their service weapons here and there. Can't be the NRA, they're evil. :goingcrazy::notsure:

Ive spoken to several firearm instructors in the PD and none can even name someone to go to. In VA the test for a concealed permit allowed a 5 question online test that was a joke.

Sit the person down in a room with a 2way mirror, have a pistol or AR on the table. If they look down the barrel or reinact a scene from John Wick they fail

ive stopped there a few times but never bought anything of value. Seen their membership stuff and just sort of wondered what the real benefit of it is.

To my knowledge there currently are no courses that offer a course that encompasses everything required in a single course. But it will be pretty easy to adapt the currently offered Basic Firearms courses to comply with the bill. The required subjects are mostly covered already but not quite all of them. So far the only one Ive heard is "unknown" is the (iii) Firearms and suicide prevention. Like what exactly do they want from that.

The NRA can provide this training as they are already a Nationally Recognized organization that offers firearms training. Many gun ranges will more than likely also get programs in place and be sponsored by local PD's or even have PD teach it.

Since we're raising the age to 21 to purchase a rifle because of "maturity" why don't we raise the voting age? That would really blow their minds. 1639 and 940 are flops

The age limit is the least offensive part. 18 year olds are dumbasses.

We absolutely do gears and lockers at Mule. No need to drive to Cashmere as we only install Nitro gears. 12 month warranty on labor, plus manufacturer's warranty on parts. We are booked out a ways at the moment, but definitely can help anyone out!

You get to buy more than 2 boxes of .22? :notsure:

I can find gun deals better than theirs through other ffls. Member pricing is a joke, so not quite sure what the benefit is.

I bought a case, 1000rnds, of 762x39 and the cashier was confused on how to ring it up. I mistakingly told her theres 25 boxes in the case, and went on my way. I later realized there was actually 50 so I ended up with 1000rnds for the price of 500. Oops. I haven't been in there since.... :anonymous:

There's also the "discussed products" section below the comment box. Pretty sure there's a dildo or two in there somewhere that was discussed at one point in time...

I looked at their safe prices and was too short on cash after just buying a house. I bought a big ass safe from Costco, I think one hour fire protection. But I had that company move it and bolt it down for me.

    edit: 70 min fire protection.

My biometric is a Verifi but I got it from Amazon.
