So that scorpion is a pistol correct? What makes that an arm brace and not a stock?

    SB Brace.

What makes that an arm brace and not a stock? -An ATF ruling and semantics really. I like having quasi NFA items, but lets just call a spade a spade and make SBRs legal.

They ruled a while back that you could touch it to your shoulder and was still a "brace",unless they changed that ruling...again.

Is the strappy bit DESIGNED to be wrapped around your arm?

I think those "rulings" are unofficial letters or statements by the ATF and none of it is set in stone. I just do what i do and let the chips fall where they may.

Yep, all policy/ruling letters, but not "law" per se

First they ruled it was legal, which baffled me, but said "no shoulder touchey"

Then they said "ok, shoulder touchey is OK"

Then there was talk of saying, "wait no, you guys really exploited the loophole we gave you." but that shoe hasn't dropped.

Did you do anything to your trigger? If not the HB industries spring kit is an amazing upgrade! Does depend on if you have a welded trigger pack or not htough as to ease of install

Ahh hadnt heard that. But I havent looked for more mags either for mine. The ones that came with mine have been more than enough for me.

I havent really heard any negatives on the PTR or Zenith ones. POF i never looked into. H&K the only complaints have been them not sticking to the orginal pattern so not everything works together.
