Don't bobcats help with mice and rats? Wouldn't that be a good thing with hay and feed around?

I didn't think bobcats attacked things close to their size. Most likely coyotes. They're everywhere.

Got my extra winch line extension completed. If anyone needs to use the Factor 55 fid to modify or repair synthetic line let me know.

Does he even have time to use that thing? Farmers never stop working. Jack rabbit in distress works pretty good for any predator. Even got a bear to come in once.

Coyotes are open year round and even 24/7 except hours of darkness during big game rifle seasons. Cats IE: bobcat and cougar have a per person bag limit and also gmu harvest quota/cutoff. Wdfw feels they know the holding capacity that each area can support for a healthy population of animal.

Hell they roam the Microsoft campus at all hours of the day and are often seen throughout Kirkland and other major cities, even Seattle. You shoot one, and 3 or 4 more pop right up. They even come to eat their own dead. A dead coyote makes good bait for other coyotes. Cats are a bit trickier and don't usually just come running in on a string like coyotes do.

Coyote hunting is one thing I want to do again. Only been once years ago. Was enjoyable for sure. Plus the town we were in had a bounty on them cause they were overpopulated and harming livestock. Was $10 per. Wasn't a bad way to spend a weekend and hangout, doing some shooting, and have it all paid for lol

yeah...because when you shoot one you disrupt the whole population and territorial hierarchy. all predators [other than humans] maintain a population based upon resources [food supplies]. They dont over breed. The wdfw are a bunch of idiots.
