    2. Distribution/Sway Hitch ($800)
    3. Brake Controller ($250) *installed*
    4. Front Sway Bar

    7. Transmission Cooler ($60)
    8. Transmission Fluid Change

Depending on how far you plan on towing I'd do a once over on the brakes and make sure fluid is good/clean and you at least have even pad wear in the front and plenty of life left.

That's a good point. I recently replaced the pads and rotors but the rear drums are original with 175k miles on them. I did take it to buckey's earlier in the year and they told me there is still life left on the pads, I was shocked. Ill have them checked again, and the fluid replaced. I would like to install my SS brake lines but last time I tried the stock lines were not coming off without a fight.

Nice, that's good then. Clean fluid goes a long way in maintaining the braking system. As for swapping out part of the lines I'd wait until you know you have enough time to follow the job to test them before slapping a trailer on the back and going for it, but that's just me. Seems like you're good to go.

Washington state weigh stations leave the scale on when they aren't manned and turn the display toward the window, you can weigh there.

    7. Replace mirrors entirely. You can get the dodge style that fold out with power adjustment on the mount that fits. The mirror extenders are tiny. The replacement mirrors give a better view of what's behind you.

Had to replace the brake booster, fluid, and rear drums on my diesel not too long ago. Might have been like 5 hours on the first side and 30 min on the second for the rotors, shoes, and cylinders. The fluid was brown, and the old booster didn't seem to seal right. Fluid life matters.
Also, I read up on brake fluids. DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 are all the same base material, but have different boiling points. DOT 5 is silicone based, doesn't compress, and is not compatible with the others or ABS. DOT 3, 4, 5.1 will all absorb water over time, and make the fluid less effective. It is similar in makeup to antifreeze as i recall.

@PNW/TRD Steve I think I'm set. I'll be a printing mofo here pretty quick gcodes just lined up waiting to print. Now if the abs will cooperate is a different story.

    IMG_20200813_170511.jpg

So far, I've struck out every time trying to print PETG on glass, even with glue stick. Going to try painters tape next. I can print with the included creality print sheet pretty consistent, but glass bed is just not meant to be I guess.

Also, sign #1 that you bought dog shit filament: the box and the reel of filament can't agree on the same hot end temp for extrusion. :goingcrazy:

Can't wait to see what you do with all that!
Haven't touched mine since the attempt at ABS. Need to tweak some settings and I think it will be fine.
Been dealing with a house project and dumping that this weekend to to go camping/hiking/off-roading!
I did order a new bed because I damaged one side of it. Also ordered to more hot ends and will be changing one of those to steel nozzle.
Also have a couple of filament dryer/storage units on order.

Yeah I definitely need some more hotends, and a filament dryer doesn't sound like a bad idea. Especially when I have 6 rolls sitting right there on the shelf.

That's what I put on my Tacoma, then my dodge 1500 that came with small mirrors. I honestly don't remember where I got the mirrors for my Tacoma, but I want to say Amazon. Seems odd, but when folded in for not towing, I would use the big portion for the blind spot, and the small portion as the main looking back. I tried to adjust a few times but could never get the view I wanted otherwise.

You have to pull the interior door skin off to get the part loose that covers the mirror mount nuts.
