I noticed something banging in the front end on the WADBR going over baby head hill. I’ve heard that noise before hauling ass across string of pot holes That might be the culprit.

 

First thing my kid said was maybe it’s time to step up to total chaos UCA’s.

 

Shock relocate just shipped today. Going to do 12” 2.0 Smoothies next month or whenever the can get here. Haven’t decided on a leaf pack yet.... or I could buy the liftTrying to build as much as I can before the wheeling next trip.

 

stock uppers? you don't want to do that with a lift. ask @bobsuruncle.

ah ok. I've never had aftermarket uppers hit coils. They don't look happy in that second pic though.

Isn't ADS black and gray?

 

black and white if they are from Headstrong Offroad. They deal in enough volume ADS let them customize the color and valving. black and yellow is direct from ADS or any other dealer.

Straps. Limit the down travel to eliminate the contact.

I'm not an expert on ball joints, but that angle looks beyond full retard for what a ball joint can handle...

 

Anyone around the Seattle area that wants to help me install an ECGS bushing? I don't have all the right tools nor the space to do the work (apartment life). Willing to go to you with beers!

 

Do you have the special removal tool and are just looking for folks with power tools?

 

I do not have the special removal tool. I was hoping if anyone responded they might also have it.

If not, does anyone in the region have one that I could borrow?

 

Makes sense, at least a handful of folks have them in the area. I don't or I would gladly offer it up. See if you can find a few other people looking to do the swap out, it's super efficient and fun to make a day of it.

Yeah you can actually have it. The threads might need to be cleaned up a bit though.
