I would not be ok with that. I've had wheels done before, about $150 and they were perfect. I'd take them back and make them redo it. Talk to the owner and make sure he sees it

Nice! I re-geared in February and it made a gigantic difference, like a whole new truck.

My blown out back hurts just thinking about loading these back up, again.

Might be willing to give them another shot, but honestly am half scared what condition they'd come back in if I asked them to try again rather than simply getting a refund...

At an old job, we used this place a lot. Seemed like good quality. It’s also been 5-6 years since I’ve been there.

I doubt they'd give a refund without a shit at fixing their mistake first.

After a couple replies agreed that quality was not up to snuff I emailed them with the photos asking for either a do-over or refund. They got back very quickly and seem eager to resolve the issue, so I will bring them back tomorrow and we will see how it pans out.

Hopefully tomorrow isn't some kind of ambush and they make an earnest attempt to resolve. No matter what the price is apparently very steep, but if the quality ends up alright I'm willing to chalk it up to a lesson learned with regard to shopping around more.

So far I'm hopeful based on our interactions, will definitely post an update!

That's what I like to hear. Will be a bit overgeared til I get my 32s, but it should be super quick on my 31s til then!

What do you guys think happened to this poor canopy. Looks like a roll over but no broken windows. I love a project but this seems beyond my skill set.

    Throwing this out there...

@longhairedhippy and I are heading to Tahuya this Sunday. We're meeting up around Seatac area at 9 to drive together. Probably be at Elfendahl around 10:30ish.

Anyone's welcome to join if they want.

Do y’all go Evel Knievel, or take your time? Would love to try out Tahuya, but not if it means slowing anyone down as it would be my first run.

Have: lift, winch / recovery gear, comms...

Just come! My truck still needs to be able to get me home so not that Evel Knievel. We can definitely show you the trails. All the hard obstacles have a way around. You don't end up going that fast through there anyways. Mostly crawling slowly around.

You're probably set on gear. I've never gotten stuck out there even before I had a lift.

I'm planning on driving home, hopefully with everything still attached and in the same shape as I show up so I'm happy to slow down :D
