Now you tell me. I was working almost in Ferndale for almost a year at the Lummi administration building, and a couple other buildings right there. Now I live a lot farther away.

I had to use 4wd to get out of my driveway and onto the street a couple weeks ago. Doubtful that I will make it to a meet anytime soon over there. Not enough time to take care of things at home then go to Moses Lake for work for 4 days.

I could do something this weekend.

Also, I need some time with a vise. My antenna mount is crooked as all hell.

How do you feel about Tonga or Johnson Ridge?

What the hell did you run your Antenna into? Heh heh

I am interested. I am new to the area, and have been hoping to meet up with active folks since moving here. I am not new to 4wd, but reading up on the FSR it doesn't sound like anything that an Off Road can't handle stock.

That is, unless you guys have side routes that get gnarly.

You have a Tacoma. It goes anywhere you direct it to. Sometimes you take time to stop and spin wheels before playing tug with another truck or tree then moving on.

Where are you up here in WA?

I'd be game to get out this weekend. I will have to work the next couple after this so I want to have some fun while I can. I'm still pissed I had to miss out on Tahuya for work.

During the summer yea it shouldn't be a problem.... Now I assume there will be some snow but depending how much... That could bring a stock offroad to its knees.

I haven't been to Tonga or Johnson Ridge before so I don't know exactly what to expect. Some others on here have been up there before.

Both are same area so one or the other. Never been to either.
From the NOHRSC snow map, there's a ton of snow for that area. If it's a snow run, I like to start REALLY early and have a plan for evaluating the return trip by 1-2pm so we are safely back down with plenty of time for "oops"

I should be more clear - it's an antenna mount for a HAM antenna (which I am using for SAR), one of those that mounts to the hood bolts. It was never bent right

Sounds good, and like you said they are both right next to each other. Unless liberty or some other nice trail system is somewhat open heh.

Just moved to Kirkland. I suppose I should change that little detail in the sidebar.
