What rear setup are you going with? SUA?

 

Im half torn between Sua and Soa, should get shock towers and some brackets next week and Ill be doing something of the sort. Part of me wants to go fast, but I wheel more than go fast. I think I'm pretty set on Chevy 63s and frenching both hangers up into the frame to keep it relatively low, but still have decent uptravel. Right now my truck is stock height in the rear with clapped out Dakars, so dont want to gain too much height.

Where in Grand Canyon are you going? I did an amazing week long north rim trip if you want some suggestions on locations, just PM me. Did my trip when I lived in Nevada

 

Thanks. Going to save that for another year. Staying at Bryce Canyon one more day and then going to Moab.

If we are following the rotation. It should be north end this time. Think we did Smokey Point area last time. Maybe someone up in that area pick a place.

also, did you measure those leaves? They might be some exchanges if they’re sitting in the back like that

 

Been going to picknpull for ages, love it there haha. And yeah pulled them off a truck. Attempted to take the leafs off of 5 trucks, and couldn't get the leafs out on the first 4 since the bolts were all seized in the bushings and I didnt bring a sawzall

 

It so just depends which pick n pull and even who is working. I've yet to have any issues with the Tumwater one but refuse to go back to the Tacoma one.

 

Yeah Tacompton one was definitely declined over the years thats for sure

yeah, after that whole fucking debacle i ended up happily overpaying some random dude off of CL. Not going back to the Lynwood one unless my kids held at ransom.
