Actually found a really reasonable location in renton highlands. Tight n tidy racing will dismount/mount and balance for 60, no road force balancing but should be fine.

Not a big fan of beads as they basically sandblast the inside of the tires. I rather just run the wheelweights for now. I also had them on a set of 33" km2s I was using for a while and they vibrated quite a bit on the freeway.

I have the 3/8 M12. I like it. It has its place. It’s good for little 10mm and 12mm bolts under the hood. It’s a ratchet so as long as you don’t grab it by the battery you can loosen something like an oil drain plug of a diff plug by hand and power it out. I like using it to run bigger stuff in like the bolts for the calipers when space and hands are limited the using the torque wrench to finish it off. I like the smaller profile of the head to get at tight spots to get the wiring harness off the transmission. I thought about getting the extended version but I haven’t found anything I can get at where one would be beneficial. If it’s a little combo kit with a free tool the drill driver install tool is really handy. I bought it in a deal because I wanted a battery and charger not so much the tool and it’s my go to drill for assembling tedious things like racks and little bolts and nuts. Just my .02

I was just about to recommend them. I just found him recently and he's my new go-to for wheel mounting.

The dude is just SUPER SLOW to respond via email. My neighbor who has a bunch of different project cars (her and her husband are on avants) said she used to drive down from Everett when they lived there to get their race tires mounted from him.

Well, after some long thought, I've decided to sell my truck. Still have some loose ends to wrap up on it, but I'll be listing it for sale in December.

Well currently I need a place to call my own, and I still have the LS400 for transportation. With the Tacoma being worth about 3-4x what the LS is, it would be the, in my head, more sensible vehicle to sell and contribute to buying a house.

I was hoping to wait another 6 months or so and :fingerscrossed: that prices would drop lower, but I no longer have that time to wait and see. Prices seem to have plateaued and stalled out, slightly falling in areas, but still too damn high IMO.

Well at least I got to meet the man, the myth, the legend before he sold out.

Barring I get struck by lightning, win the lottery, or stumble over a suitcase full of cocaine, it's pretty much my only option at the moment. If I get struck by lightning and die, the truck gets passed down to my kid. I don't really play the lottery, but I don't think I've ever wanted a suitcase to just appear out of thin air in front of me before now. :anonymous:

I don’t think a suitcase off Cocaine would even pay off a house anymore. Only Fans might be your ticket to financial freedom:rofl:
