I am in for a trip! Something all day Sunday or Monday would be great. I am running a stock DCSB Off-Road, and have recovery equipment but no winch.

Just found out I'm going to be headed to the Leavenworth area for camping this weekend, any suggestions on a mild 4x4 trail leading to a sweet camp spot? Thanks! Also, gonna be going on mountain bike rides Thursday and Friday in the Bellingham area if anyone wants to me up... time is flexible

For the few people that possible wanted to go wheeling this weekend, I have found out that there is still quit a bit of snow at higher elevations and a good amount of trails have some locked gates towards the peaks and ridge lines. A couple guys I work with said we should hit some trails off of HWY 12 past Naches where it meets the 410. There is some trails, mud, and hill climb spots around there. 3 weeks back they went to a place called "Funny Rock" couldn't get to any ridge lines due to snow but by now that location should be passible. I have myself and 3 jeeps wanting to go there on Friday or Saturday...... I know most guys said Sunday or Monday, but this spots local for us. If there are any takers shoot me a PM one of my jeep guys is running 31"s or 32"s so you stockish guys should be fine.

Wife and I decided to jump on the camping & wheeling bandwagon this weekend, but we're still pretty new to the area and trying to figure out where to go. Any good recommendations for a place to camp out around 90 heading towards Ellensburg? Trying to avoid the RV campgrounds and crowds, just need enough level ground to park the truck and open the RTT.

Also, possibly in for some wheeling if people are in the area, just depends on where/when we end up camping.

Who's going to the Packwood Flea Market this weekend?! One of the biggest in WA... packwoodfleamarkets.com worth checking out if you're in to that kind of thing, plus tons of camping all around the area. FS road 21 to Walupt and Horeshoe lake still have decent snow higher up from what I was told by a friend that lives there and would make for a nice spring snow run to the lake and back. FS 21 is right off hwy 12 about 1-2 miles west of Packwood. There is a camp ground at the lake, dont believe it is officially open till mid June or early July becuase of snow, but easy to get to with 4wd and no locked gates. Also hiking, biking, or riding atv/dirtbikes into Packwood lake is always fun.

If anyone is up there checking it out and wants a place to set up a tent for the night let me know... I'll be camped out all weekend in my grandpas field, about a 1/4 walk from down town Packwood right on hwy 12.

Having a day off of classes pays off! Got this finally mounted up, just need to wire it up.

Maybe someone can help me with this: I was going to mount it so the wires come down along the passenger side of the windshield, but if I did that then the wires would be pinched against the bracket when I tighten the bolts.. There is not enough room to squeeze the wires down along the windshield on the drivers side.. Any recommendations on what to do? I was thinking of running the wires along the backside of the bar to the passenger side then down but that seems like a lot..
    Thanks in advance

What's the deal with camping along forest roads out here? Back east it's pretty much forbidden. Are there places you can drive in and camp other than established campgrounds?
