Is a spring compressor necessary for a mid travel setup? I thought it's just a swap out? How close is deer park to Spokane? I haven't been there for a few years but grew up there, could visit some old friends, kill two birds with one stone

I want to go, I need to find more trails in the area. How far away is it from the arlington area?

You take i90 over the pass and take exit 80 or 81 right outside of Cle Elum. From Snohomish (half hour from Arlington) it is about 2 hours to the trail head so about 2.5 hours depending on traffic.

Not sure if it required on mid travel. My OME setup came with the front suspension not assembled and the springs were too long put together without a spring compressor. If you have front spring/strut that is already put together, no compressor needed. Where I live is about 12 miles north of the upper end of Spokane. If you know Hastings and Division streets, that is where I started my 12 mile point from.

does anyone know how to add navigation to the 2014 touchscreen multimedia system? I was told by the rep at Toyota that all you need to buy is some navigation device as all the rest of the stuff is already installed.

    Cheers!

From the sounds of it, a GPS type device is what I would guess and the software is already on the touch screen device

No clue. I'm not educated on vehicular electronics. Also, the link doesn't work for me on the iPad.

I still can't help you because I don't know for sure. Wouldn't hurt to visit a dealer, and talk to parts department to figure out the piece(s) you need for navigation to work, and have that list to compare. All it costs is time to visit them, but you don't have to buy from them.

I don't know if Toyota plays the same but I know when my boss put nav in his GMC all he had to do was install the nav softwear via a disk.

If you feel up to it, text me on your way back. Run highway 2 west, and end up going into Spokane and we can go by the ORV park in 9 mile falls.

Yup currently in Hope looking out over Lake Pend Oreille. Little windy but so many roads and trails to explore. We should do a big run over here next summer for sure

Since you have experience over there, start planning something. Figure out a loose schedule, what trails to hit, making sure to account for various levels of builds on trucks. Some will want more technical stuff, others like a fast run wil fishtails in corners (but don't add that part for safety sake), and others need things less extreme. A date can be determined later.
