When you cut it for the wheel wells, use a skill saw with an old blade. They typically come in 4x6 but can also be found in 5x7. When cutting, they will smoke a bit and it is hard on the saw.

I have a 3/4" one in the back of mine. It is heavy but not enough to make a difference over bumps. To cut it I believe my dad and I used a box cutting knife with a new sharp blade.

It does help keep things from sliding around more though

What suspension you running in the rear? I've got the progressive AAL and 2.0 w/ resi icons so it may be enough extra weight?

Anyone wanting to do that mod day next weekend? I know a few of us have some things to do, and no room to do it!

The horse mat was one of the first things I put on the truck, so I have run it with stock leafs (no TSB), AAL with original shocks, and AAL with Bilstein 5125's. Even stock it never made a difference, probably because it is so big that it spreads the weight out over the whole bed of the truck.

Ill get a picture up today for you so you can see

I take it back I have a half inch. I didn't cut it to fit like a Toyota bed mat because I still wanted to use the D rings to tie things down. Plus when I go off road and have my CO2 tank to air back up, I can put it on the sides in the back and the mat prevents it from rolling across the bed.

I believe this one was a 4x6 and fit perfectly between the wheel wells without cutting. Only part I cut was to make it short enough

If anyone wants to do a quick weekend camping trip I am thinking about going up to Lake Shannon by concrete either this weekend or the weekend after. Not for sure but possibly. Let me know if anyone would like to join!
