    What's cheap? The steel alone cost me 190$ and a drill w a hole saw bit works good to cope the tube

    I just got home from the fire academy in north bend. Was supposed to go tomorrow but it got changed around. I would go with you guys tomorrow (today) but there is no way in hell I'm gonna be up that early and driving that far south. Haha have fun, I'll be in on the next one I hope.

    They came out great! The last set I built ended up costing about $400, once you factored in the cost of the broken pipe bender... Made more sense to get in in the BAMF group buy.

    How much were materials? DOM tubing wasn't even available up in Kodiak, and 2 x 2 3/16 wall square tube was god awfully expensive!

    Have fun at the meet - I'm hoping to make the next one.
