Was thinking 5100s with wheelers rear leafs. but after trolling the forum awhile I realized Ive got that growling cv shaft bushing/ needle bearing issue.

Needle bearing is time consuming. I haven't even thought about that. 5100s and wheelers aren't too hard to put together. Have wheelers put it together for the extra cash beforehand. It's a driveway install.

I think he means to use stock coils like I did.

If you want to wait a month or so Ill sell you mine already put together? Set at 1.75, plus you don't have to pay for shipping. Im going to Icon coil overs, my struts only have about 6k miles on them, PM me if you are interested.

If you get them built, and everything in, let me know. The only thing that'll be difficult is if you forget to buy a new center pin. I bought a whole leaf pack.

We like doing our own maintenance. Save money, and you get knowledge in case shit breaks on the road/trail.

I know others have more tools than me, but tools aren't expensive. Especially the ones we need for suspension.

So i remember a month or so ago someone mentioning this little guy...

Noco Genius Boost GB30 12V UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starter
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M1OUBES/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Well i just picked one up off Amazon. Im TDY for work so im in San Diego. So first thing im staying in a rental house. Just a props to amazon..i ordered one last Wednesday...supposed to arrive Saturday. It showed delivered but wasnt there (or on my neighbors porch). Well waited till after work Monday and it wasnt there still. Long story short amazon mailed me a new one out for free with no questions asked.

But enough about amazon. This is a great little device. Size wise its nice and compact. The main unit is the size of regular volt meter. I charged it off my phone charge which was nice and hot. It comes half charged and i honestly dont know how long it took to charge since i did it over night.

Well anyways since i have a rental car and my truck here i drive the rental all the time (free gas!). So the truck sat for way to long. Over a month. Its dead. Like dead dead. Doors dont unlock by the key fob. The lights for open door dont even come on. So what a great test! Doesnt get much deader than this.

Hook up is simple. Positive to positive, negative to negative/chassis. Plug cable into the unit. Turn unit it on. If the battery has some juice itll auto detect and go into jump mode. My battery was to dead so i had to "manual over ride". Once i did that i went to start the truck. It was a bit sluggish but it start, ran for probably 5 seconds, then died. So i waited a minute and tried again and this time it started up and kept running. Went and disconnected the unit and checked the battery...still four lights ("full").

Im happy with the little guy. Its small enough to keep under the rear seat or under the seat or where ever really. its comforting to know you can jump start yourself if needed and that it can handle a couple jumps if needed. Only down side i had was the cost and no instructions printed on the actual unit. Its basic to use but theres plenty of room on the bottom they could have included basic jumping instructions.

I would definitely recommend this after being able to see it can start a totally dead battery by it self in less time it takes to do a normal jump via car to car.

and sorry for grammar and spelling..7 12s for a few months and you stop caring
