I never have until these last 2 weeks its so weird. The first was a motorcycle just hit a pot hole at 60+mph, got there and didn't feel a pulse, tried CPR on him until paramedics took over. Luckily an ambulance was close by so they were there within 2 minutes of me being there. He had multiple compound fractures and either dislocated hip or broken pelvis.

Second was an f150 was going to fast, hit the curb and flipped a few times and crashed into a telephone pole, landed upside down.

Third was a ford ranger pulled out in front of a motorcycle and he just slammed into the front corner at 40mph. Luckily there were paramedics on the last 2 but still its odd.

Oh i bet! I want an old cafe so bad but the risks are just to high. And its not always the rider, its more the people around them.

Yup, plus its so easy to crash on roads around here since they aren't very well paved. At least in Snohomish County.

Haha i think its all of Washington thats like that. And our annual rain doesnt help to much with that either!
Only downside to a white truck is the road grime that stands out like a sore thumb:mad:

    So Excited!!!!!

Just had 4wheel parts place an order for a warranty upgrade on my lightbar. I currently have a malfunc. 40" RI E-series lightbar, and i just upgraded to a 50" RDS RI lightbar... can't wait to get home and see it. I only had to pay for the upgrade cost.

Now i just need to find mounting brackets, I'd like to utilize the roof rack pre drilled holes in the roof if i can find the right bracket. Problem is, i've been looking around and i can't find anywhere that makes them. I may just have to go to a metalwork shop in the seattle area and see if they can custom make one for me. Any suggestions?

I know Relentless makes a mount, contact him and im sure he can modify it to fit a Rigid bar.

I've not tried relentless i don't think... I've tried rebel off road, and he had a 50" straight bar on his truck, and took a pic of the bracket, might be easy enough to modify... but yea. I'll try asking relentless. Would this be the relentless you're referring to? Relentlesstaco?

In unrelated news, i'll be home next week. I know it's during the week, and short notice, and it's not a trail trail, just a NFS road, but does anybody wanna venture out during the day on tuesday/wednesday/thursday to go find some picturesque trails that i can maybe get some photos of my new rig on?

So quick question, which is the better option:
    1. OME Dakar 2.75" Leaf Springs
    2. Deaver J66 1.5"
    3. An AAL

Brian which are you running with your King 2.0 12" and BAMF relocation? Since thats the set up youve got me wanting now haha! Oh and i cant find a price for the Desert Product UCA's anywhere:confused:

I have the Dakar springs and will be getting the AAL for them so I have extra weight carrying capacity and a bit more lift. If you don't carry much weight often then you don't need the AAL for it. I will admit though for the first thousand miles or so the springs felt pretty stiff.

I got mine for $565 through DSM. If you PM them on here then Micah will get you the 5% off and free shipping.

    1. Good if you have moderate weight. I talked to some folks who had my exact setup and they were switching out their OMEs for AP Expos. Had I not gone that route, I probably would have had a custom pack from Tacoma Spring
    2. Not as familiar with the code, probably on par or better depending on how the deaver is put together.
    3. What's the point? One good spring being punished by all the other wimpy Toyota springs.

If you have the money Id go for a custom spring pack. Not sure how much they cost but you can get exactly as much lift and spring rate that you want.
