Update on the noise.. I found it!! Found out that my slider is super close to the pinch weld and when I hit bumps the body bounces and hits it.. At least it isn't a hard fix

Wow, crazy. Are those bolt-on or weld-on? Did they get bent or just mounted too high?

I should have thought of that. Mine hit the pinch weld on my truck also. Although it doesn't sound anything like what you had going.

I think my pinch weld is the problem.. Because I have this much clearance from the back of the cab until about the last few inches forward where the pinch weld then comes down a little and it's just that close. On the driver side its normal
image.jpg Nothing Dakota and I could really do about it at the time since it was 1am on a Tuesday and it took longer than we thought.

    They are weld ons

True! You can ride Alpental and Stevens freshie pockets for days if you don't mind a lil walking.

Hate it when people don't pick up brass and casings. So I bought a catcher. Works great when I remember to put it on!
That's wifey with her 9 mm AR and 50 round drum mag.

What kind of idiot doesn't pick up brass anyways. I pick it up even when it's not mine. It's still worth money, even when empty. :mgun:

Hey guys. So @AWilson013 and I are thinking of trying Gallagher this Saturday. A couple other 4Runners are heading up with us too. I called the ranger station and they said that the road was still open "at your own risk" and they were actually up there clearing trees that had fallen during the storm. Said there was snow up there but not sure how much, but said they would be able to tell me tomorrow how much. So I'll report back but to me since they are up there clearing trees it sounds doable. It's supposed to be sunny Saturday so it just might be unbelievable up there.
