I've been sleeping on it, honestly I'd rather 4.88's but the hassle to get them makes the 3%'ish difference not worth the effort unless someone local takes them.

Yeah, me too. I could use help installing my UCAs . As it happens, I'm the VP of the HOA, and the Pres lives next door, and won't give a shit, so, as long as we don't damage the street, it'll be fine. I have a floor jack, tall jack stands, a high lift with tube adapter, and most metric tools unless you need something reall big.
Torque wrenches from 20 to 250 lbs. , so let's plan an early January build day! Also, I have lots of hammers, so.....if ya can't beat'em, beat 'em!

I thank Dakota needs to just get a helicopter. But then, he'd just mod that, so never mind. Do they make 40's for helicopters?

Will do. I've heard all it takes is a lot of swearing, some pinch weld bending and beer lube. Would love to have you help, as my swearing is a little weak.

The passenger side is the harder one. I got both out and reused the bolts but Ive heard cutting them out and getting new ones (which is like 10 bucks each) makes it easier.

No offense, but parles vous Francais? Non! Pere me francais est tre horrible. Je desecrate le Francais!
Conose espaniole mucho mahor, peri mi francese es muy Malo. Estoy much mas descanso con Espaniol.
Do you know how hard it is to spell check 3 languages? Shit!
Wifely is almost 1st language in Spanish, so I feel pretty puny. My French is mostly from souther Caribbean patois so....

I'm happy to host another mod day. Unfortunately my inside bays are all full and it's cold in the carport, but having a lift makes most of these jobs easy stuff.

Pull the boat out of a bay. Will and Debbie Muncie will approve. I can get them to email you if it will help. ( yes, I am a shameless name dropper)
Also, we are Washingtonians, therefore impervious to cold.
And, thank you for the offer!

Screw the cold. Winter months i usually go to my parents place since their garage is insulated. I try to avoid doing much when its 40 degrees in my garage lol.

I have a Rotary brand two post in the carport and an old school single post inside. One day I'll buy a Bendpak four post to complete the collection.
