That Naches/Liberty/Cle Elum area would be just fine. There would be a ton of opportunities there. If not, the Lake Kachess area looked kind of promising but I haven't had a chance to pre-run the trails.

The last weekend of the month (July) would be great - but it is also the same weekend as the Northwest Overand Rally. Camping, wheeling and learning -- I went to the one in Ellensburg last year and it was a blast. This one is near Leavenworth and should be good as well. Included a thread -- to to the link in the first page or near the end of the thread for 2012 information. I am always up for camping - headed over to Roslyn this weekend (one of the campgrounds along the Cle Elum River).

I do want to do a Liberty trip... I've heard some great stories about wheeling over there - I know that there are lots of places on Blewett pass, but again, I've not done too many

So in the mean time... I'm contemplating going out on the 21st or 22nd of July, depending on weather, maybe over to the east side of the hills, or to Tahuya. Who all is available/interested, and which places sound of interest? Probably a moderate day of good wheeling.

the camping trip i am going on has been planned for a long while, since it is an annual trip and has been for over 20 years. just happens to coincide with the wheeling area as well.

my truck is stock + tow package and in the back windshield, there is a small round sticker on each side. i live outside the city limits in the north end of the area, just north of highway 92, the road to granite falls. as long as you are going to judo out here, swing by my place and take your truck for a tour of my property. it will be more fun in winter time when everything is soft and traction is lacking due to mud.

if anybody wants to camp in the same spot as me, you are welcome to. there is plenty of space around us and it is free. just bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and some food to grill up. we always have a ton of coolers, and all the grills we need.

for those who go to the overland rally, bring a boat and fishing gear. Fish Lake is right over there a little north of Plain, where the rally is to be held. I pulled a 6lb trout out of there a few years back.

Dammit, why does the calendar keep fucking me over! I will be staying in a cabin in Leavenworth the weekend before (20th, 21st, 22nd). I will probably be down for something the last weekend of this month though.

Interesting, as slow as I am, I am having a hard time keeping track of what all is going on here pretty quick.

Smar is going on a camping trip
    Overland rally
    FJ Meet or something?

Can we get some stuff written down in the OP so I know what I am looking at haha
