Hadn't even heard this one. I was talking about their gross misappropriation of funds. Huge meetings and lavish hotel stays to say the least.

Oh, I didn't realize that was also an issue. I guess that's multiple strikes and even more insulting to the veterans!

Yes! Very insulting. I'm pretty bad I haven't been paying much attention to the news but that's been the recent talk.

    So....back to the good stuff!
I think I'll go with the Solar Shower this year. Put the money into the ARB compressor!
Due to life issues(divorce and separation of bank accounts), I missed the abbreviated end date on the group buy I was included in.
Two weeks later I turned ended up ordering a Switch Pro 8100! Can't wait to get it and install!
When I do the recently installed, Pelfreybuilt/Blue Sea Systems will be up for sale! I will post it at that time.

I spent the weekend cleaning my truck inside and out. Looks kind of good again. The exterior doesn't shine like it used to because so many scratches. I should have a glamour shot photo shoot and start a build thread.

@northwesttaco Alaska trip sounds fun! I lived in Sitka for a few years as a kid. In May we have an 11 day halibut season here and I'm going out with my dad. More meat for the freezer. I'm also expecting a cooler full of fish from Hawaii. Ono! My mom is repaying me for sending her venison.

Sadly they have gotten way to big and strayed way off course from when they first started.

Only around 55-60% of donations goes to programs for helping vets. Like 30% goes towards fundraising. The rest is overhead. 10% overhead isn't bad at all. But 30% on fundraising is bs. Plus the fact they went political and they have turned to crap.

I've got charities I give to now (non vet related but an area I care about) and its amazing seeing people who are truly about helping instead of making money

Brian and I both have the Helios Pressure Shower. Works plenty good. Warms up in the sun but some days in the summer I really don't mind a cool shower.

I'm hoping to go. Might only be the Sat/Sun though. I already have lots of days planned off so not sure if I'll do the Friday too or not

Good point. Funny thing, now that I think about it, I was doing the whole Hot shower thing for the wife! Since this is no longer an issue...:)
Now, if I can only find another good deal on an ARB twin!

I picked up a Advanced Elements Summer Solar Shower - 3 Gallon.

It's not as fancy as the one jdam and northwesttaco have but it works just fine for me. Mines a gravity setup so have to hang it up. My Thule bar works great for it, but so does a tree branch. It warms up pretty decently. I like using it for just washing my hands than anything.

Yes Alex it is. Fits more like a glove than the stock seat. Just finished the drivers side.

So this irritates me even more about WWP; typical gobement and United Way "skim the cream and load people up with guilt".

You are going to end up on a submarine full of seamen.
