Tried to tackle my heated mirrors today. After jumping in and out of the house due to the storm, I decided to just install the mirrors and wire up the blinkers. Was pretty simple and can save some time when I goto finish the project and hookup the heaters. Basically I just need to run more wire and need a few more butt connectors.

Sucks having to do the same thing twice and I'm kicking myself for at least not running the wires while I was in there for the heaters, saving me time later.

Also inside my door panels are frickin dusty as all hell. Damn Eastern WA trucks.

Just found myself backing out because I couldn't keep my door panels out of harm's way. Took a different line, conquered. Now needs a bath.

Roof Top Tent. AirFlow Snork, smittybilt winch, 20" light bar.
Had a little shop day with @TacoSTIG. U-bolt flip required some custom fab and a lot more metal work than I expected.

The plate on the passenger side was way too close to the shock body.Bad pic sorry.

Sawzall and dremel for clearance. I was surprised the relentless kit was this close to the shock.

I used some thick gauge sheet metal for the bumpstop straps. Cut these bastards by hand with snips.

Ended up pretty nice but I wasn't expecting that much work.

Also sanded my drivers side slider, but it was so much work I think I'm gonna sand blast them.

What is the purpose of a flip kit? More secure?

Better ground clearance. Instead of the U-bolts facing down, they face up and wrap around the bottom of the axle.

I just found out mine has been hitting my shock on the right side only. I need to do some cutting eventually. Thankfully, it is just surface damage to the shock so far.

    Better clearance makes sense!

Clearance and just a cleaner look, don't have anything hanging down. But yall have the stock shock mount hanging down too :p

Couple trees came down on campus hitting one of our buildings yesterday, closed campus until at least 11 (which means my first final is canceled :woot:) Just need to close it until 5:30 now and both will be canceled.

Ok Guys and Girls, it's getting close...This SUNDAY!
Latest update as of 14March for the 20 March run!

So...I'm planning and trying my hand at putting a run together.

    DATE: Sunday, March 20th.
Time: 08:00 meet time and leaving the parking lot @ 08:30.
Meeting Place: Burlington at Haggen Food & Pharmacy parking lot. Address: 757 Haggen Dr, Burlington, WA 98233
Wheeling area: I have been a couple times and it's fairly easy. Power line roads and trails that branch off from there. (I do NOT have GPS location).
There are some pretty deep mud holes. I have not extensively explored the area, but its a fun area! Some of the trails go down to the Sauk River and follow it a bit.
Directions to wheeling area: From Burlington, take HWY 20 East past Concrete to Rockport and turn RIGHT onto HWY 530, cross over the Skagit River and down about 1 mile on the RIGHT there is a turn-off onto a dirt road that accesses the power line roads. I will recognize the turn-off when I see it. It's been a while.
Guns: I have NOT seen anyone shooting the couple times I have been there however, I have seen a few places that will work for a shooting area.
Food and Relax Afterwards: There is the Birdsview Brewing Company at 38302 Washington 20, Concrete, WA 98237. Just past Baker Lake Rd. Good food and Beer/Drinks (Non alcohol also).

    NOTE: -Bring your recovery gear!
-I don't have a air compressor yet so I hope someone has one that will share?

Depends how many miles I have on my gears at that point. Between 200-250 right now and driving it as much as possible.
