Just installed Prinsu cab and canopy racks yesterday! :)

Yeah, the 1250 is the 4'. I picked it up a couple weeks back off Amazon in preparation. I'm in on Ramon's ARB 2000 group buy too. The 4' will go off the rear of the canopy rack to cover the tailgate/kitchen area and the 6.5' awning will go off the passenger side of the canopy rack.

Yep, same -- got the 60" Yakima tracks. Mounting the Prinsu rack to the yakima tracks is a breeze!

Bad ass!! I think you are the second first gen to put them on. At least from what I've seen. I just mounted those rifle case boxes on mine today!

I know of two others at least, but there's not many of us.... They look fantastic. Really stoked for the functionality they will provide too.

They do look amazing. How did you mount the treads on there? Thats my next step. Just mounted the boxes today, going to put my treads in between

I built 2 mounts out of 1" square steel tube (0.0625" wall) @ 12" long. Two holes vertically to hold "maxtrax pin mounts", then 3 holes horizontally to allow 1 1/4" 1/4-20 carriage bolts to pass through from the side of the roof rack crossbars. Painted the assembly with black rustoleum bedliner after drilling the holes and I bought little plastic 1" square caps off Amazon to finish it off.

    Your truck looks great, man!

Haha, yeah I wish I had a crystal ball and knew that group buy was coming up -- I would have waited! The dual awnings is going to be a rad setup.

Not sure of the brand shell actually. It was a craigslist purchase and there's no brand/sticker/serial number anywhere. My best guess is Century just going by similar Google images pictures. :notsure: It's pretty solid though and for the price, I'm super happy with it. The Yakima tracks installed pretty nicely and I've had no leaks at all with just a little bit of silicone dabbed over the holds before dropping the tracks and then over the holes again before dropping the mounting screws down through the roof.

You'll love the look with the canopy rack + your cab rack. I was hesitant to order both at once (just was going to get canopy rack first and then gauge my needs), but I'm super happy I pulled the trigger on both simultaneously.

Our trucks are genna be twins man, with the snorks and rack set up. I'm kind of worried how much weight to put up there I'm glad to see you mounted the highlift. I'm trying to figure out some sort of ladder set up, but ideally I'd love to throw a mat and sleeping bag and sleep up there.. I'd imagine it should hold..

Haha yeah, not too many first gens with snorkels, not to mention roof racks! I'm loving the look though, even if the rest of my family points and laughs. They don't know what they don't know haha!

I think it'd be totally fine for a sleeping platform. I've seen folks with RTTs mounted so that's body weight + RTT with no issues. A ladder would be sick -- love seeing T4Rs with Gobi ladders.

Pretty excited to get the awning mounted up tomorrow though and see how it all looks.

If I had a place to store my RTT and rack I'd get a shell and switch depending on what season it is, then I'd get one but apartment living makes it hard....

sell the rack and throw the rtt up on the shell, then get out of the apartment, live in truck, freeeeeeeeeee rent, = the rack/shell will pay for itself in no time at all. :D

Idk about having the RTT up that high, but it is a thought, I could look into that. I bought the truck with a camper top but sold it because I needed new tires.
