    Little more progress today.

Had to trim a bit more.

And installed flush mount LEDs so I can see backing up. I should have gotten recessed light from cbi but I spaced on that when ordering. So this was my solution.

Those should be close enough to the shackle mounts that they won't likely come into contact with many rocks

Looks good. I really like those wheels might just have to get a set.

driving i'm good now... in reverse full lock i can still touch a small bit of the cab mount..but full lock forward so far seems fine.

issue comes on compression..straight is fine and even slight turn...but any further turning, i hit the pinch weld area... so i'll need to beat that back a bit or see if a slight caster increase will help push it out a tad

but i am loving how she flexes now with the new C/Os, LCAs, leafs and shackle setups..so smooth up front, and the rear is getting some great travel..

went to the defined stock length that i had hanging around and used the spare ATO mount i had which moved the upper mount back for longer leafs...the BOSS leafs, even though they're only a 2" lift, they are longer than the Dakars..

the XJ shackles allowed for full extension of the shocks, which i didn't have with the Dakar pack and factory shackles...but they were not getting full motion...

    7608D45D-F65C-40A2-9F20-3F2FED79F5C8_zps_ce13935ff7cf4c471e250c3529f020a1a155e451.jpg

so the switch was done to try and get full motion out of the shackle...and i'm still able to max out my shock extension...so i dropped slightly in the rear which puts my leafs in less neg. arch on compression, and i'm still able to drop the tire as far as i did with the XJ

and i get full motion from the shackle ^
