I love the music choice bob. I saw the tribe for 5 or 6 years in a row at red rocks but have missed the last two years. I need to see a recent set.
I also need to check out NM this summer.

it's fun to see the difference the larger tires make...

i did the trail on 33s and no gears...then later with 34s and gears...so much easier the second time by :D

I was thinking of getting a second optima (red) for cranking, and switching my current yellow for just accessories. How would you rate the double yellow?

Also, how did the 2nd yellow battery hold up when you borrowed your friend's Indel fridge?

i've had zero concerns with my two yellows...one of these days i will turn all my lights on and maybe run something out of the back plug to see how long it lasts, but using the fridge and camp lights, i don't recall any issues with the fridge. given i was tacking on many miles of dirt each day so the battery had a chance to charge. but that fridge didn't seem to draw too much juice.

i need to check the date on kayla's red top because we have issues with hers...doesn't keep a charge nearly as well as the yellow top...her second battery is nothing special...eventually i'll throw a yellow over there and probably put another yellow as her main..

but if that red top is aged then it's not a fair fight comparing it to the yellow top setup...

    man i want a fridge :(

Thanks Bob. A dual battery setup is on my list before Moab this year.

My fridge held up fine last year in Moab, but like you, I was driving the truck everyday. I want to be prepared for when I'm camped in one place and not driving for a few days

you can still do hells revenge and not do hells gate or escalator...although if you skip them, you'll live with regret like i am...

    are you geared?

i need to make it back onto hells so i can take those two off my list...

shouldn't be too bad...get good with your heal-toe work :D

but if you stay on the right line, you should be able to stay in gear and work your way up without stopping...or so i hope

just saw you're locked up front too (i don't always read everything :D )....that'll help a lot about 3/4 the way up..that's where most will lift the front slightly...should keep you pulling right up
