Yeah I know, part of the game I guess. Drive honestly isn't terrible other than the lost time either on vacation or work.

Hear ya there. Been wanting to build a new desktop just for photos and video. My 4 year old laptop is about overcooked and can only hold a fraction of what I have... One piece of advice id give you on storing photos is to keep all the photo paths the same on your external so your lightroom can find them when you plug in the external. That way it still keeps them all built in your library

Bob.. I've been getting a clunk/pop kind of sound from the front drivers side every once in a while. I usually only notice it in the parking lot, often when sharp turning or switching from reverse to going forward. did you have anything like that with your front diff? On first quick inspection nothing looks wrong, not sure if I should be worried :notsure:

^would be a good place to start

    axles seem tight?

    wheel bearing tight?

    driveshaft tight?

    coilover binding?

    tierods ok?

or maybe your radio isn't up high enough :D

have somebody stand outside while you try to recreate it to help pin point the sound

to many to list, check the build thread
i may be able to lend some insight - does this sound happen when you cycle the front suspension? going into a water runoff dip or bump while turning? if so i might have had the same problem and it ended up being my bushings in the front coil overs, the bottom bushing was seized up real good and would pop and make a funky noise audible inside the cab when going over dips / turns with a bump / or offloading while really cycling the suspension. New coil overs was my answer.
