    yes...

    36 button head bolts, 72 nuts, 36 nylon washers, 36 flat washer and 36 lock washers

    nut and nylon washer is used as a spacer then washer, lock and nut on the inside of the fender...

    the extra set of nuts in between the flare and the fender are not necessary if you find a spacer the right length...I don't recall why I went with the nut versus just a plastic spacer...I think I did bolt through the flare, nut to hold it on, then plastic spacer to have plastic on the metal, then flat washer inside the fender, lock washer then nut..


    most of the holes lined up, I think I had to drill maybe 4 total holes

    no re-torqueing necessary at least... but that's a problem i'd deal with :)

    if only Hutchinson had a 16" option for us

    A small handful of select mods.
    I found rubber hose and cut a spacer for each of mine. Also use nylon hex nuts after I lost a couple of bolt due to vibration.

    (Prinsu got bought out by cbi offroad i Believe.)
