Winter mode engage... since I moved the FJ over to STT Pros, the winter set wasn't needed anymore (previously had MTRs as summer and these for winter). The Trxus MTs were great winter tires last winter... I don't have much trust in the KM3 for winter so I am taking advantage of some snow tires laying around the house...

Looks weird without MTs and bronze wheels!

Are you saying the STT Pros handle well in snow/ice? Interesting.. I read other reviews saying they were not suitable for winter.

Depends what you compare them to...

A winter tire or true m&s like a duratrac? Definitely not on the same level.

They are a m&s though and I think hold up well.. I had them in a CO and VT winter. Snow wheeling and commuting. Never had issues.

I almost didn't recognize it! That's got to be a weird feeling.

so far just have it mounted up and a good jump on sealing up the bed... KB Voodoo rails installed for a better mating surface to the bed. Prinsu rack cut above the back doors. US Cargo Anchor Point in the rear for my pull down strap.

Bed rug came with the purchase along with interior LED lights and rear hatch light with strut switch. Has front and rear windows, wind skid, 6' awning on the other side and the grey space frame.

Looking to have my maxtrax on the roof rack next to my road shower. spare tire will go on the dual swing arm setup i'll get in a couple months...

The rest of the build up is in the works... try to keep the permanent bed items to a minimum but i do need a new home for my recover gear and spares that were on the roof...

Most likely will cut in a fan in the spring as well to help with any condensation/ventilation since we'll have 2 humans and 2 degs in the camper.

Lol... Thousands of reasons why no VO. Plus it's on the truck a year before a VO would end up on there.

We'll be getting some great use outta the GFC and will be nice to have the better setup vs the bed rack and RTT...
