    Friday morning

    Tincup pass or Cottonwood pass from Buena Vista up to Taylor reservoir to 742 to Almont to Gunnison

    Friday late morning...Gunnison area to Lake City...

    either take 149 down to lake city or Blue Mesa Cutoff or Sapinero Mesa to 149 which will be north of lake city (leaning toward blue mesa)

    Lake City to Ouray or Silverton...
    Engineer Pass to Mineral Creek - lake city to animas forks with many side trail options along the way (camping on engineer pass somewhere)

    Saturday morning....Ouray/Silverton to Telluride via Black Bear Pass

    camping near Telluride
    alta lakes, more alta lakes, alta lakes trail
    Priest Lake

    Set up camp and relax in the Telluride area Saturday

    Sunday, Telluride back to million $$ highway
    via Imogene Pass, yankee boy basin and/or governor basin

    million $$ highway back east..

    or

    Owl Creek Pass from ridgeway just north of ouray to rt 50 near Black Canyon

    things were going great....until....it came time to put the pinion into the flange..

    factory 29 splines
    pinion 27 splines


    ECGS failed to mention that and now scrambling to find a way to make it work...might have to order the flange and have it overnighted which means truck is down....

    hoping for a miracle!

    assumed they would sell it with the kit, seems how it is required with 2006 tacomas!!!!!


    so fucking pissed right now...part is being overnighted and will be at the shop tomorrow...i'll be in NY so i won't be able to drive my truck until next week

    leaving it in Jace's hands to wrap up over the weekend

    so if you plan on re-gearing...MAKE SURE YOU GET A NEW PINION FLANGE/YOKE!!!!!!

    called around to all the shops in denver and nobody carries the flange in stock
