I hate waiting on parts, but at least it will be worth it when it is done.

the beast is running again thanks to jace and keith...

those guys really did me a favor with the extra work they had put in to get my truck in running order again...

fucking ecgs really fucked the process up by not mentioning the need for the new flange...when go over the order with a gear supply company, they should know to inform you about a crucial part NEEDED to make the install work!

but things are back together and running beautifully!

and let me tell you....holy shifting!! these gears are freakin LOW! i can easily put my truck in 4low, get out and walk next to my truck without a problem

i been thinking non-stop about the install process while i was in NY for the weekend, then when Jace said the beast was running again, i was thinking non-stop about getting back to drive it, now i'll be thinking non-stop about taking it up the trails!!!!

all and all the customer support from ecgs was satisfactory, with exception to their knowledge about the product they were selling and the necessary parts for the application. you really shouldn't be able to purchase the gear set and master install kit for the 05+ tacomas without the flange...

would i use them again..most likely not...i'd look for a supply company who has their shit together more...apparently it's not the first time they forgot small things with peoples' orders...

more reviews to come after this weekend of wheelin!

closest we came so far was off mcclellan mtn and coney flats...both came up to my bumper, mcclellan came just over my front bumper...

this creek you wouldn't be able to do...http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=11

the creek is where the trail gets its 8 and 9 rating..

sounds good to me. I'll take a look at my trail book when I get home. There were a couple other trails in the area I wanted to hit also.
