guess my only issue with those is they're 16" wheels...

would lose my 34" options and would need all new wheeling tires..

Thought about extending mine back out by the bumper. But now I am thinking of just getting one of those wireless remote deals you plug into the connector. The one from Harbor Freight fits the XRC.

Just a tad bit of ARB bumper realignment. OCD in full affect. :D

front fenders are clearanced. gotta thank eric for the hand

took 2" off the flare and fender. had to reshape the ARB as well to match the flare. we ended up continuing the arc of the bumper into the flare until it met up with the 2" cut line for a smoother transition.

i retained the rear lower screw mount to help secure the rear portion of the flares. front clip i replaced with a 5/8" carriage bolt. this allows the front of the flare to be secured and pulled into the fender better. remaining clips were replaced with ebay clips and a touch of silicone. edge trim used around the edge of the flare and fender were cut. factory liner was also retained for now and held in by the tabs we kept of the fender. the inner mounting points of the fender liner were retained and outer portion of the liner is just held up by the tabs.

all and all, i am very happy with out they turned out. gotta figure out a good solution for the liners and i still need to finish off the rear fenders to match up with the fronts now.

    Clips:
    orange (replaces factory blue)

flares held up for analysis. full fenders still behind and uncut bumper.

game plan for fenders. keep 3 tabs. front mid and rear.

final product with edge trim installed on all cut edges. bumper cut with matching arc on flare.

front mounting solution. 5/8" carriage bolt with some silicone to help fit. the 5/8" fits nicely in the square hole for the clips, but the silicone helps down the line.
