2019 TRD Sport Tacoma

Hey everyone I’m new to the site lol. I have a 2019 Tacoma I’m lifting on O’ahu and have never gone through recon before. If I show up with stock tires/rims on they don’t exceed the width of truck so do I still need mud flaps/ flares? If anything I think i just need flaps. thanks!
