Came back from Reno this past weekend. I was in the snow. And my truck began to sound weird. As if I have a vacuum leak someplace. Or as if my air filter was not connected to my intake.
It finally threw a Check engine light.
And this is the code it threw.
I read up on it and it should be driver side post cat.
    Is this correct?

Also at low speeds before shifting into 5 gear at about 40mph my truck begins to shutter. I'm guessing it's my transmission.

Don't deem sensor bad because you got a code for it. Look at the sensor and connections visually and then post your results.

I looked at them. There a little muddy. I don't see anything broken or foreign. Everything is plugged in.

Yea everything was tight I just went out and bought one. Figured I had the money and maybe I was stressing over something that's nothing. But we'll see if the code comes back. Cleared it and reolcade bank 1 sensor 2
But I can still hear the vacuum leak sound.

The most common point is at the attachment flanges. where there is a doughnut gasket.

Crank it up and crawl under and inspect each flange for leaks.
