The OP doesn't have nuts on the sensor studs. They're gone. Check post 1 & 2. His best bet is to use a stud extractor.

If it works this might be better than grinding.. And note this was in reference to the note about how to remove a nut if you have one. Obviously not about the case where there there is no nut.

Note, i have never used one and dont own one but what about using one of the nut splitters to get that nut off??

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
looking at this and the fact you are asking.

The easy way is just replace that pipe and be done.

A new sensor is needed .

Having tried every other method replacing the pipe is the easy way if your truck has the California emission package.

it’s all welded together . I don’t think it’ll be easy . I just let it fo but now it gotten worst and I’m gonna heat up the rust that’s there and try to either use a stud removal tool or if I can get the rust off just pull it off but I need new studs anyway .

I gotta get that rust of its like a rust weld between for the o2 sensor down the plate . Can’t pull it off without breaking the rust free . I got an angle grinder but it’s big as hell I need small space

Do you have a file? Just get in there and hit 'em with anything you got. You have to replace the studs anyway, it's not like you're trying to save those threads.

    A lot
local shop swapped the pipe and a new flange deal for the sensor.

Installed the sensor for me as well, IIRC $120 cash.
