Going to change both the upstream and downstream O2 sensors on our 2009 4-banger this weekend.

Does anyone know the torque specs for it?

    Thank you in advance.

Make sure you put some antisieze on the threads if they don't come with it pre-applied but really all you need to do is snug them, they have a crush washer just like a spark plug.

Easy does it, all you have to do is crush the gasket a little. I wouldn't even go to 30 like the manual shows above. I'd be down in spark plug territory like 16-18

Just finished what was supposed to be approximately a one hour job into a three hour one because of the stuck on plugs from the sensors. Anyhow, finally got off both the upstream and downstream sensors and perhaps it's placebo but the truck seems peppier and more responsive (probably placebo LOL).

Here are what the two sensors looked like and a tip for removal is definitely use a blow torch or penetrating oil to loosen, a 7/8" wrench and a hammer.
