Fark! Is it brighter than the sunwayman you sold me? I might have to take it since the wife said I was stupid for buying so many flashlights, and then claimed the sunwayman for herself...
It would make a nice birthday present for myself :D

lol! Yep, its way brighter :D

That sunwayman is a killer little light! I'm not surprised she took it.

This thing is pretty awesome too, it is a good bit bigger than the sunwayman but the adjustment ring has no detents so you pick the brightness! And it still has strobe. LMK if you wanna check it out. I'll make sure all the batteries are charged.

Sorry Nate, wife said I've been spending too much money lately. If I can get rid of a few knives before you sell it, I'll let you know. Just spent $160 on a fairlead

Crap.. 550 Lumens? Wow.. almost makes me want to pick it up as well..

To think 60-80 lumens used to be bad ass...

Don't know how many lumens the sunwayman flashlight nate sold me puts out, but if this one is brighter, then it's super bright! I really like the super low setting too. You don't blind yourself when your eyes are already pretty used to the dark. Nate has great taste in flashlights ;)

I know right! I remember when the 6P was the standard in tactical lights. The beam on this one is a little bit wide, but that's the nature of the beast with XM-L's.

    Thanks :)

The Sunwayman you have is rated at 210 on an RCR123, and 180 on a CR123 I think?

What's even crazier about this Nitecore is that it goes down to half a lumen! I was never able to see anything at that level, but going that low makes it truly infinite. My old EX10 which was among the first infinitely adjustable lights can only go down to 8 lumens.

If we ever do a night meet, I'll bring the TM11, and if I ever get a deal on a TM26 I'll bring it too! :D

p.s. if anyone wants new Fenix lights, I know the distributor for Hawaii. He usually has prices comparable (or lower if I buy a bunch) to Amazon. I got a TK12 R5 for my friend earlier this year for $55! And it was the newer one that is 18650 ready! Only downside is it usually takes about a week for me or arrange a meet with him since he doesn't have a store front. He is the guy that supplies Fenix lights to most of the gun stores on island. Although I'll add that I'm not too happy with the new stuff Fenix is pumping out. I like the new HP's, and the TK75, but the TK10/TK11/TK12 were the best Fenix ever did imo. And I'm not a fan of the TK15/TK21/TK22 fwiw. I've never been a fan of side buttons, and the new stripped down look. And the new frequency for the variable strobe doesn't float my boat..

The wife is "sleeping on it" I'm not sure I convinced her that it was worth $100 to have another flashlight lying around. I even threw out the lumens and she was like meh... I would say don't hold on to this for me, if you have another buyer lined up. If it's still available after I'm able to convince her, I'll let ya know.
