    Yup, I'm sad to admit I bought my last car from them, but I already knew their tactics. I'm picky with my cars and for months I couldn't find what I wanted so I had no choice. They tried to sell me my car with about $1500 in maintenance due in 300 miles. I got them to agree to do it all up front then they didn't put it on the sale agreement, but I caught it. They also lied about the price online and then told me it was a "mistake" and the price was $2k more. They weren't budging but added $2k to my trade in so it evened out.

    I basically told them I'm paying this and you're doing this or I'm leaving, and they accepted the sale. So I actually got what I wanted, for the price I wanted and got more for my trade in than anywhere else offered. But they did take forever to pay my loan off which bit them in the ass when they had to backpay the bank insurance for the 3 months that passed.
