Deans drive-inn over in Kaneohe will be on Diners Drive-inns and Dives with Guy Fieri on food network in the future. I went to the vet today and they were out front setting up to film.

YES!! That's it!! Oh man, I'm drooling right now. Katsu and Gyoza combo, soooo good. Just off the jet we were eating there, an hour later I was on the North Shore paddling out a V-Land. Awesome trip.

So been craving a really good poke bowl and made my way onto Kapahulu ave. went to visit the one and only Ono Seafood right next to American savings bank. Parking is tight there so it's best to have a second person in the car. This place never disappoints.

Ordered the combo. Shoyu ahi poke/ spicy ahi bowl with brown rice.

 

If you like he downtown scene, lucky belly is the place to be. Everything I've tried so far has been great. I tried to snap a pic of the menu but it was pretty dark.

Man fat burger is AWESOME! I can barely finish a single with fries, double without fries, and a triple in my dreams. Man when you wanna go hit me up I live in navy housing off base. We'll grub out.

Kit n Kitchen in Pearl City is pretty good. The kids love the jumbo pillow toast for dessert. Pork chops with spaghetti was winnahs.

 

Went to shirokiya the other week. Had a sweet tooth and saw this place. Not too shabby. Best part was the ice cream under neath. I would request for more if I were to order it again. Place is on the ground floor or the store. 2nd floor is like a whole other food court. Felt like I was in japan.

 

Went there yesterday for breakfast. Gotta say it's pretty damn good. They gave us free pancakes lol. Wife got the egg frittata and I got steak n eggs. Price was reasonable too. Would like to try their lunch menu in the future.

 

Anyone grind at pioneer saloon in kapahulu they get mean japanese plate lunch.

 

Haven't posted anything new in awhile but I found a pretty good pizza place over in the Samsung plaza across Walmart in town. Place is called doughlicious. Very good pizza. Guy used to own the magoos pizza truck on king street next to shell but has now opened up this place. They got great hot sandwiches too. Every time we go here, wee always seem to order the classic combo! Good stuff. I don't feel heavy and heifer like after eating here like I do when I eat at Pizza Hut or papa johns.

Smoked tako, smoke meat fried rice, furikake salmon, and furikake fries are my favorite
Times has some good plate lunches as well. The guava spareribs are my favorite!
