Haven't posted anything new in awhile but I found a pretty good pizza place over in the Samsung plaza across Walmart in town. Place is called doughlicious. Very good pizza. Guy used to own the magoos pizza truck on king street next to shell but has now opened up this place. They got great hot sandwiches too. Every time we go here, wee always seem to order the classic combo! Good stuff. I don't feel heavy and heifer like after eating here like I do when I eat at Pizza Hut or papa johns.

Living in Kapolei we like Monkey Pod, Brick Oven Pizza, and a few other spots (not exactly hole in the wall)

One place we loved was Le Nonne. Hole in the wall Italian resteraunt in Kapolei that was only in business for maybe 6 months, I think it was just a bad location. Unless you looked it up, you'd likely not stumble across it. Shame they closed down...

Oh man I miss the islands! Used to live in Moanalua and worked at Anna Millers at Pearlridge lol. Is that food court across from that mall on Kam Hwy still there? I think where Tower Records used to be. Need to plan a visit back home its been too long.

A must place to eat is tacochino Mexican lunch wagon. Their pork tacos never disappoints! Their pork burritos are top notch and makes me come back for more. They usually set up at fishermans wharf on tues and Friday's for lunch and dinner. I believe they also go to the farmers market in ewa beach on Wednesdays as well.

Sorry no photo of the burrito. I always eat it before hand lol

My son's favorite food is Ramen. There was a point where we decided to do a Ramen tour and try a different ramen joint each week. Sometimes twice a week.lol Some of his favorite spots in no particular order.

Love Kunio's, for ikura fans it's the only place I've been to that has ikura seasoned with sake kasu. My mom was from Japan and see liked it over some of the more popular ones at that time.

Those traveling on the West side of O'ahu try Hannara's, real local hole in the wall kind of place. Great Hamburger steak and the best banana pancakes. Also if you want a take out place go over to Tamura's, good poke and fried noodle special with teriaki on top.
