    I haven't had much time to do tinker with any of my projects, but recently got a trailfinder 2. Going to ditch the leafs, 3 link front, 4 link rear with coils. First time doing a hard plastic body too. Just don't want to go overboard with this one.

    The new tf2 kit body have some minor flaws

    The body has to much curved in you need to glue styrene under the body to keep it open wider a bit

    Tail lenses need some aligning they sticks out a bit

    shoots I live in town maybe some of the other members can chime in so we can all meet kinda in the middle like loop trail or something.

    Also your build of the TF2 II is coming along great :thumbsup: one thing I've run into a problem is the front axle gearing isn't also meshed properly from the factory and can strip/skip hopefully the V2 doesn't have that problem but the V1 does i'm currently re-building my front and rear axle and adding more marine grease and painting the housing black because there's ALOT of rock rash lol.

    Oh yeah thats right the axle
    I had to take apart mine and added more shims on the back axle
    The front seems fine to me

    Long way more to go need to get a lipo and a charger
    Have been using nihm packs only
    Just recieved my rc4wd transmitter for this rig
    And the driveshaft need to be upgraded

    yup driveshafts are crap on the TF2 scx10 ones work pretty good i run those. and lipo make a world of difference IMO
