I dont want to run two lipos
Ill keep it simple and just use one lipo to run everything
And keep on lipo on the side for extra run ill just changed it

As for the body i dont like the idea of removing the body everytime you changed battery
So im thinking of getting thkse tool box and hide it inside that

I agree, I'm only gonna run 2 lipos because I'm building a class 1 comp truck and for night comps your lights need to be bright and plentiful LOL.

Also 2 is the best for running IMO gives you enough but not so much that you start to break things from so much punch.

As for the battery in the tool box idea I agree it's a real PITA having to remove screws and body clips to change a battery especially in the mud haha. rc4wd makes a nice tool box specifically for the TF2 that should house a good size battery, idk if you can run a full size 5000mah 2s in it but I'm sure you could Make something work. Also I've heard earth magnets do the trick for keeping the lid from opening on the trail. Hope I could help a little and I like your ideas for the build looking forward to seeing more progress

I think the only problem with the battery being inside the tool box
    Is the cog.
    Itll be to high
Ill probably going to make a hole on the bed where the tool box go
So itll be sitting a bit lower

Need to order a micro servo for the tranny

that's a good idea that way all or ost of the weight will be in the front or middle

It was my first time there, good fun. There was so much traction on that reef, that people were breaking things left and right. First time I saw the axial driveshaft get mangled and bent to a 90. Those pitbull tires that he was running hooked up too well.
