Yeah went this past saturday. Main road was mostly dry except for the main spots that always get flooded "right after the gate and where the main road gets wide".

AIR (AUTOMOTIVE INFRA-RED) 80 WINDSHIELD HEAT BLOCKER

All of the above films are manufactured and backed by Performance Films who are the world's largest maker of window films and are a Division of Eastman Chemical Company.

Legally, for your Truck, we can install a 35% Light Transmission (medium darkness) tint on the driver's and passenger's front roll up windows, and providing the Truck has both left and right side-view mirrors, you can install window films as dark as you want on all windows behind the driver’s seat, down to 20%, 15% or even 5% Visible Light Transmission. Front Windshield tinting is governed by Federal Law (FMVSS-205) and MUST have a VLT (Visible Light Transmission) of 70% or lighter/higher. We do NOT install tint films that are darker than legal limits for Safety & Liability reasons. Window Tint Light Transmission testing is done annually on your truck when you do your Safety Inspections. Any film darker than 35% installed onto the two front roll up windows of your truck will fail the Safety Inspection, plus, HPD now cites fines of $287 per window for illegal window tinting here in Hawaii.

I had my car and truck done at T&T, had a groupon for both so I used it...what is not advertised is that 5% is an additional cost...I don't remember how much, but the extra cost for 5% negated the groupon.

I've been having Al from Al's Tinting work on all my cars and trucks for nearly 20 years. In fact he's actually tinted my vehicles at all 4 locations that he's worked at. He's always done great work and treated me fairly.

 

My friends speak very highly of Al's. It was always a bit too rich for my blood because I could never hold on to a car for more than a few years. Lol

 

T&T was good for me... I have 2 total experience with them... I had this truck tinted and my girls civic tinted there.... Once paid, the other my moms won a certificate on the radio or something and had tint already so she just gave it to me.. In my younger days I had dark limo that I put on myself and I'll tell you what... The tint I got at Walmart for 20 bucks a roll did alright too... Pain in the ass though... Would never do it again haha... I did however muster up to leather my seats and I found that easier

Al's did an awesome job on my truck, for a pretty penny though. I like their work, but the gouged my friends rear glass with a razor half the way around the perimeter and claimed it wasn't them. They wouldn't do anything to fix it.
