Anyone here have a reputable shop to take my truck into? Shipping company ripped the vinyl between the driver side windows and may have scratched the paint beneath. Need an estimate to turn in and then get it done.

Eh... maybe some of our military folk have some secret info that the mainstream media don't want us to freak out about... lol..
I get daily updates from the NOAA VTCs with the State level guys that includes possible shelter openings, blah, blah, blah... but I like as current as I can get.... crap, if I could get a live feed of satellite imagery, I would probably watch for hours.... lol..

Batteries charged... took down the kids trampoline.... probably not gonna top off the propane tanks... (maybe I will)... got plenty sardines... (at least me and the kids won't starve... maybe the wife will.. lol.. )

You mean to tell me There's more educated people than Guy Hagi? :rain:

    ***EDIT***
But on a serious note and living thru a few Florida Hurricanes, by the track of this we are definitely going to get some massive storm surge, destructive winds, and I would imagine flooding rains.....Windward side is going to get hammered....would definitely follow suit as Neil and clean up the yard and get at least a days worth of things ready for loss of power

I only buy hids from ddmtuning.com but that was when I used hids... They warranty theirs for life... But I switched to led and don't have that problem anymore... Still have to swap for safety but led isn't as sensitive to finger print oils like hid are.. And the hot restrike as well... Hot restrikes will kill bulbs faster than the oils from you finger... DRL circuits are what kill hids most times.. But in Toyota the DRL are the orange ones and not the low beams like what killed my bulbs before

I left one pallet outside on the bad neighbor side of the house. Might backfire on me though.

I don't usually get concerned until the military flies most of the aircraft off island....which hasn't happened this time yet

Actually I guess you right.... back in '92, I had a GF whose father was a pilot for Hawaiian.... had to move planes to BI. That was iniki... guess that would be a good indicator something is seriously coming...

I just know the coast guard closed down the port. And started sending the ships back out sea. My softball buddy is a ship pilot and he told us last ninth he was stoked for the day off lol.

You know what? Iniki was on sept 11 1992... This month 24 years ago... And iniki passed right by the lower islands, built up strength just before taking a sharp turn and ran right over Kauai... Hopefully this one doesn't bust any sneaky shit and hit up a sharp turn... A sharp turn away from us would be nice
