But I just made popcorn! :(
But I'd be a little pissed if I was in the group buy and someone changed the previously agreed upon destination without asking anyone. But I usually stay away from group buys...

Reasons for changing Group Buy location

Originally I was purchasing something from pelfreybilt and the shipping was brutal
me and Satin thought of the plan for a group buy. I decided to help a bunch of people out and told them to get in on the group buy so we can save a ton on shipping. This shipment was ORIGIANLLY not going to American Machinery. One of the group buy members brought that up towards the middle of it to get it shipped there. I am almost 100% positive that if any person purchased some truck parts and they were getting shipped to a location that you did not trust at all, you would want it moved to a location that you trusted...

I myself, not speaking about anyone else.... do not trust that location.
    It was my decision
There is absolutely no difference in the pricing
and the pick up isn't until maybe a week or two
    its not like its tomorrow
a lot of you are military or know their tactics
    shit changes
grain of salt and let it go.

Nope, that pallet needs to go where the majority of the group buy people want it shipped to, not where just one person feels it should go.

I'm on the group buy, and I gotta say, it's definitely not cool for one person to call the shots. It is exactly what you said it is, a GROUP buy.

And I'm the one who asked Jason for another favor to have our parts delivered to his shop. Once people got on the group buy, I asked others if everyone was ok with delivery to Jason's shop. Everyone agreed.

The location is perfect for pallet delivery. There's plenty of parking and space for everyone to help break down the pallet and sort through the parts, like the previous shipment. There's nothing unreliable about Jason's shop. They have the forklift to unload the delivery truck and the space to sort it all out. You shouldn't lie about the reliability.

I even offered to get StarTrooper's parts and meet me in a nearby location. I've done this in the past. I took care of another buyer living on the big island on the last group buy. The previous group buyer can confirm this. But, I guess you don't trust me, either. But how can we trust you to receive the pallet, break down the pallet, and sort the parts without damages?

And you at first said you're covering the additional change in shipment charge, but then said there is no change in the charge. How could this be?

I don't see how the shipment fee cannot increase to be delivered to a residential address when we were told it would be cheaper to deliver to a commercial establishment.

I'm almost tempted to pull my parts off the shipment and have it all shipped with my rear bumper later this year.
