I'm talking about the horrible driving experience here- traffic, lack of turn signals and shitty roads.
I don't have much free time outside of work and my girlfriend, occasionally hang out with a couple guys from work.
Saturday mornings are reserved for golf half the year and football the other half.
Every other Sunday morning I volunteer to cleanup parks and beaches after locals and homeless (Waimanalo), the alternate Sunday I hike.
I've lived both coast and served on west coast, Japan, and Hawaii.
Well rounded enough for you?

Edit: point being, I don't interact with much anyone here. Some how my truck being targeted (or horribly lucky string of encounters with assholes) has been diagnosed as me being closed-minded or having a personality/character deficiency lol

 

I’m just going to say it’s a string of bad terrible luck. Get a local plate and throw an islands sticker on it a bam your truck won’t stand out anymore. And every city I have ever visited has the same driving experience lol.

Hawaii sucks and SBs are not real trucks...

 

I'll wait it out. Interestingly, I've only had this bad luck on leeward side.
As much as I've complained, there's plenty good about this place too. Latest thought on my mind, I really enjoy Eat the Street- reminds me of events we have back home. Matter of fact, my gf and I are going to eat a food truck tonight lol

On another note...toyed around with a heep on Kam Hwy (fronting pearlridge) . he thought he was fast

 

Hard to be fast in that mess of traffic today. Took me over 2.5 to go under 20 miles

 

Last night, 730 pm. west bound. While everyone was stuck on h1....i mean Mexico

My prerunner had lockers ..... and atrac not sure old the OG hilux and landcruisers has atrac.... hence, still a sorry excuse for a truck. Lol... bed is worthless... can maybe go Costco shopping... and for serious Costco shopping gotta get a bed extender...

 

So what... Can go to the mall or nah?

 

Depends if you actually need to buy something or just flex over speed bumps...

 

But a short bed can carry a green egg so your 4 runner is useless

 

I like the speed bumps best! I can hit the ones behind kamakana alii at 20mph.
